So today was a strange day to say the least. My family went over to have dinner with our neighbors, Which is a normal thing we do every so often. My mom usually host the dinners at our house, But this time our neighbor decided she wanted to give my mom a break from cooking and baking and host for us.

My mom was thrilled to have a night off from cooking and baking, She couldn't wait to see what the neighbors were going to come up with. But after dinner, Which I will admit wasn't all that bad tasting, Something strange seemed to have happened with dessert!

Our neighbor says, She had it all set aside in the kitchen with plates and utensils, All ready to bring out to the dining room for everyone. But when she went to get it out of the kitchen she noticed a piece of the cake had been cut and the frosting clumped over to try to cover it up.

My mom said, "Hmmm.. now who would be so clever to have done such a thing without anyone noticing." 

You see my mom is a very smart detective, She knows my love for cake and my dog Wrinkles love for frosting. She really thought she solved the mystery on who did it.

Wrinkles and I stood there with the most innocent faces. "Mom look at our faces...Why would we do such a thing? I said." She smiled and moved along looking to other family members for clues.

As my mom walked out of the room, I glanced down at Wrinkles.. 

I Gasps as I noticed he has a dab of frosting on his paw!....

"Hurry up Wrinkles we got to wipes that frosting off before you get us grounded, I whispered to him"

As I was hurrying to clean his paw from the frosting, I told Wrinkles we really got to work on his sneaking food skills... Giggles.

I'm just glad he didn't get us in trouble or wipes his paw on my new favorite outfit! Let me tell you about it.

I got some really exciting news today from my mommy! She told me that any day now my new baby sister will be arriving, So we had to finish setting up the room. I am going to be sharing my bedroom for a little while so I just had to make it extra special.

We all know how scary it can be at night time when the lights go out and everyone in the house is asleep. But! I had a plan so my new baby sister would never gets scared.

Once daddy had finished putting together the furniture, It was time to decorate. Mommy put on matching bedding that I have on my bed and an extra comfy pillows. I hung up my favorite moon and stars on the wall, mommy always had a story about how she loved her kids to the moon and back and when the darkness hits the sky, never fear as the stars will always appear and light up the room. So at night if I woke up scared I would always see the moon and stars and never be scared.

Once that was done and mommy and daddy went back downstairs to get some more baby stuff to bring up, I decided to try out this new bed. You see I begged my daddy to put a little bed next to my new baby sisters crib so I could always see her and her see me. Us girls got to stick together and I wants her to know I will always be right by her side. 

I grabbed my favorite teddy and crawled onto my new bed, Ohhh..this is comfy! As I lay my head down I whispered to teddy.."We are just going to wait right her till baby sister arrives".

Whoa!!!! Is it a hot day out today! 

Thank goodness Mommy had plans to take us to the pool today. First we had to pack a bag with all our summer must haves, Mommy says don't forget the sunblock! I let out a little aweee because that stuff makes my skin all oily and stuff, But mommy says it's not about how it looks. It is about protecting our skin from the sun rays and not getting burned while outside.

The time is getting closer and closer, I have been watching the days and minutes till Santa comes. I was sure to leave some carrots for my furry friends, I bet they will love a little snack with all the flying they are doing around the world. 

Tonight my mommy and I pulled out grandma's secret recipe box to find the perfect recipe for Santa's cookies. It took us awhile to find it as grandma has so many cookie recipes! But once we finally found it, I got even more excited to bake them!

We had to be sure we used the exact ingredients and measured everything just perfect. We made a huge mess with the flour and sugar stuff but we had so much fun. This year we decided to do double chocolate fudge cookies....Soooo much chocolate! Santa is going to definitely need a huge glass of milk for these cookies. Once the dough and stuff was all prepared we grabbed the plastic container that had all of mommy's cookie cutters in it. Mommy let me pick the shapes for us to make this time. I picked out the Star and the Moon shapes. I thought of all the stars in the whole world Santa gets to see and the moon he jingles on by in the night sky would be perfect. Mommy thought it was a really thoughtful of an idea.

Once We finished cutting out the shapes and placing them on the pan it was time to bake them. 

As we waited through the whole house you could smell the delicious cookies baking. I kept walking over toward the oven to peak to see if they were done. My mommy said perfection takes time. I was just to excited I could feel my belly rumbling for a cookie! 

Finally!! the cookies are done. Mommy pulled them from the oven and placed them on the cooling rack. Mommy says we have to let them cool down a minute before trying them out. 

While they cool, Mommy poured the huge glass of milk for Santa, We also had to write him a little note. 

Ok.. It is time! Mommy says. We each picked a cookie to try. My eyes opened so wide, My mouth kept chomping away on the cookie.. I couldn't believe it! These cookies are soooo delicious! I really think I could of eaten the whole batch, But we had to be sure to make Santa a plate of cookies.

We brought the plate of cookies, glass of milk, and note over into the living room, We placed them right next to the Christmas tree so Santa could see! 

I asked mommy if I could sit down next to the tree and try to watch for when Santa arrived. I really wanted to see him!

I tried to stay up but I felt my eyes getting heavy, I thought maybe I could just lay down and rest my eyes while I wait.

Today was such a special day to add to my memories! My family took us on this what seemed to be forever long drive in the car to this magical place. I was so excited to see my furry reindeer friends up north, I think I asked my mommy "Are we there yet" at least 20 times! giggles..... 

It has been a family tradition since I was just a baby, The whole family packed up their cars and took the long drive up north to this magical place. A place you only get to go once a year to see all Santa's reindeer before they continue up to the north pole to Santa's house to get ready for their journey through the night sky, They have a tough job flying all over the world with Santa. My mommy says because they have such a long night flying through the sky with Santa, Santa sends them to this magical place kind of like a spa but for reindeer. They get to relax and eat lots of carrots, Visitors especially little ones are most welcome to this magical place to see them and bring holiday huggys and lots of holiday cheer to lift up their happiness and get them all excited to help Santa.

Every year when we go I love to spend time with each of them. I talk to them and brush their fur. I also get to give them carrots. My favorite part of all is giving them huggys!

It is starting to get closer and closer to our winter season, I can't to go on Christmas adventures this year!

It is always fun. I love seeing all the bright lights and decorations everyone sets up. Oh! and singing Christmas carols and sipping hot cocoa.

This year I decided to start my shopping a bit early. I have a long list of family and friends I want to get something special for this year. 

I made my way to my first stop of places to shop at, One of my favorite places called KIDOODLED. There is always great finds there from a bunch of creators. 

As I wondered around the event looking at all the creator's items for this round. I was able to grab some perfect gifts and cross a few names off my list. But! of course I had to grab a new outfit for me! I just couldn't resist this one at Little Attitudez booth. It was super cute. It is called Harper and they had it in a few colors. I got the Pink of course giggles.....

What and exciting week it was! 

My family and I went on a camping trip and I met some new critter friends too while camping, They offered to help gather the sticks for us, which was a really big help because they are kind of heavy. My new squirrel friends gathered all the marshmallows. I helped Chester the racoon bring around all the chairs we could find so everyone had a spot to sit. George the bear helped prepare everyone's sticks by putting on the marshmallows. 

Once we were all ready with everything we needed to roast marshmallows it was time to grab a seat and get ready for grandma's stories to be told.

I wish we could of stayed camping longer with my new critter friends, But they all had to go back to their homes and grandma promised them all we would come back to visit again soon!

Wait!!!!!!!!!! Don't run, It is just me in a costume! Giggles..........

Remember how I mentioned I went to KIDOODLED for new costumes this year for all our family adventures. I found this one there too!! I snuck it in my shopping cart while my mommy wasn't looking...

So, Tonight is another adventure night with the whole family as I was saying before. While we are all waiting for it to get a bit darker outside before we go, My mommy is making us dinner and she says to me, "Why don't you go get your costume on so we can eat and go, Dinner is just about finished" Ok! mommy I responded with the biggest grin on my face as I headed to my room. This is going to be epic! wait till she sees this costume.

 I quickly head into my room to change of course I am giggling the whole time as I am putting it on, I just know she is going to freak!

So since it is Halloween time I had to build up some new costumes to wear out and about when my family goes on our Halloween adventures. This is something we do every year and it is so much fun, There are always new scary places to visit.

First before we got started this week I had stopped over at one of my favorite kids events KIDOODLED!

They always have something there we all must have. So with the Halloween season here I had to stop there first to see if designer's had done any new costume. And guess what!

 Hi Friends!

While I am waiting for my siblings to get their costumes on, I helped mommy by bringing out our pumpkin candy bucket for the kids later. I had the perfect spot to put it too!

I decided to carry it out and wait on my new Spooky Bench I got at KIDOODLED. It was created by Someone Stole My Sign. It really is just perfect and even has little pillows on it for extra comfort! It even comes with a side table, which is where I thought would be the perfect spot of the candy to go. 

So tonight is a really exciting but spooky night! Our town is having a Halloween party and everyone gets all dressed up in costumes and we meet in the center of town for the party. There is always lots of food and punch to drink. They even play spooky music and have fun Halloween games to play!

After the town center party and the sun has started to go down, We all get into a line and start the town walk. We go door to door to each house where they have a special pumpkin bucket and each kid gets to go up and pick one piece of candy.

Once everyone has picked a piece of candy, It is time to move on to the next house and then the next and so on. It is a lot of walking for our little feet for sure but it is so much fun!

The day has finally come! I am going to my bestfriends slumber party! I have been waiting what seems like forever. After my bestfriend and I over heard her mommy planning the slumber party and all the fun things she has planned for us, And not to mention all the yummy good snacks she is preparing for us girls, We could hardly wait!

So last night with our what my mommy calls it "Antsy Pants" She thought it would be a cute idea if all us girls got matching outfits to wear to the party!

My Mommy took us to one of our favorite events KIDOODLED to go look for matching outfits! 

My bestfriend and I held hands in excitement as we went booth to booth in search of something super cute!

We made our way around each turn, Then suddenly O M G!! Look at this my mommy yells over to us!

We go rushing over to the booth my mommy was standing at to see. "Gasps...." My bestfriend and I both looked at each other with big eyes and a slight grin. Isn't this so cute girls! We both turn to her and nod. I whisper over to my bestfriend.. "Of coarse its cute, It was made by Happi Baby" We both giggled as we know they always make cute stuff! 

We quickly reach into our little purses to buy them! These are just perfect! My bestfriend says. MHMM.. they sure are Bestie I respond. Lets go and try them on and pick our colors and of coarse we still have to decide on a hairstyle we want to do too!

Shh...don't tell my brother on me!

Today while everyone was outside it was the perfect chance for me to sneak back in the house. I just had to get my brother back for stealing my snacks I had hidden in my room! The nerve of him snooping around in my room without asking. 

So...It was payback time for sure!

I knew it was him as I saw him yesterday day acting suspicious as he was coming down the hallway from my from my room. When I had asked him what he was doing, He claimed he only went in there to borrow some crayons and paper to draw.

Then last night I had a really bad sweet tooth in the middle of the night, So I went to my secret stash in my room to get a snack...And they were all gone! All that was left was some empty wrappers..

While I made my way into the house without anyone seeing me, I just had to quickly grab some things. Don't worry he will never know until he goes running in his room when mommy makes her rounds to our bedrooms making sure we have cleaned up our messes before she gives us dessert after dinner.

With a big evil grin on my face is was time to cause some mischief! First I grabbed a few dirty things from the kitchen sink, Then well.. Lets just say I dragged the whole kitchen trash bag down the hall to my brothers room. Oh, I almost forgot we definitely need some water and bubbles to add in here. I will grab the bubble bath bottle out of the bathroom and a bucket of water, swish it around and "accidently" spill it right where he is going to step to go up to his ladder for bedtime... giggles!! This is great! 

Kaycee where are you??.... Oh no mommy is looking for me! I quickly sneak out of my brothers room and run to the bathroom. "One second mommy I am washing my hands, Be right there " I quickly yell back. 

As I open the door and make my way back outside to mommy all innocently.... Phew....That was close! I almost got busted.

Now we wait for my brother to see his surprise.. Next time I think he will learn to ask first, Well I hope anyway or we will have to get him back even better!

Hi Friends!

Today was so much fun! I got to go over to my aunts house with my mommy to visit after my soccer practice. She just got two new doggies!! I couldn't wait to see them.

My aunt was so excited, She has always wanted to get a dog for as long as I could remember!

When mommy and I arrived I could hear the doggies in the backyard.

I quickly said Hi to my aunty and made a run for the backyard to see them. Oh my goodness!!!

They were so cute! They both were running around playing in the grass. I think they like their new home for sure. 

My aunt and mommy came into the backyard behind me as they were chatting away. I asked my aunt what the new doggies names were, As they were jumping all around me wagging their tails.

She said the white one with black spots is named Max and the all white one is a girl and her name is Molly.

As, I turned around to go run off and play with the doggies, My aunt says "And how are you doing my sweet niece?" I am good aunty, I replied. I heard you tried out for soccer at school, Did you have fun? She asked. I did, It was so much fun! Check out our cute uniform aunty! "Oh, I was looking at your uniform, It is very cute for sure sweetie". She replied.

We even learned a cool new trick want to see? I replied. I quickly ran to mommy's car to get my soccer ball.

Check this out aunty!! A took my soccer ball and as I tilted my head back. They trick is to place the soccer ball just so onto your head and balance it. You can't let it fall. It is harder then it sounds!

That is awesome niece, My aunty says.

Just wait till next week, We are gonna learn the next part of the the trick. Which is to not only balance it like this but you have to bounce it off your head into the air and be able to catch it back on your head. I think that is gonna be so hard but I can't wait to learns!

PSSsssssttt!! Come here quick, I got to show you what I found!

I rushed out the back door of my house so quick that I even forgot my shoes!

As I was out in my backyard running around playing. I was so excited to see all the tree colors changing and leaves falling down making big piles. Then something caught my little eyes...

What is that over there so big and bright? I just had to wander off and take a closer look...Oh my goodness!! PUMPKINS!!!!

I quickly ran over to the garage and grabbed my wagon. I cant wait to show my brother what I found in our backyard! He will be so excited, He just loves fall season and decorating pumpkins and jumping in the big leaf piles.

As I gathered a few pumpkins I quickly realized some of them get sooo heavy. Maybe I should of ran inside to tell him then he could of helped me, But then I thought, I can do this and surprise him!

I managed to lift 3 pumpkins into my wagon. I think this is going to take a few trips, So I can get a pumpkin for everyone. 

Ok, 3 at a time is going to have to do. Now to see if I can pull my wagon all the way back to the house!
